配送ポリシー

Made-to-order items such as dolls and pre-order items will not ship until Bitamin received the products from the manufacturer. Due to the uncertainty of production times, Bitamin Tarochii cannot guarantee any duration of shipping or delivery times. Most pre-order have a general waiting period of 6 months to a year. 

Customers who take part in the pre-order MUST fill out an address confirmation form that will be sent out to the email used to make the purchase once Bitamin receives the products from the manufacturer. Orders will NOT ship until addresses are confirmed by the original buyer. Buyer must pay any additional shipping fees incurred due to address changes at that time.
